He's a security guard and owner of a gentleman's club in the shady part of the city. He is familiar with the detective crew and is friendly to Forensics and Chief, but is wary and antagonistic towards Mortuary (some even wonder if they have had a history before) Despite being in a shady business, he's a rare outlier and treats his employees well while also garunteeing their safety. He is a calm aloof but imposing and strong lad who has been known to get crazy when you push him. People underestimate him because he looks young, but Sam has a lot of life experience due to being born in the shady underbelly of society.
He also owns a tattoo parlor that is above the gentleman's club in the same building. His residence is on the floor above, as he owns the entire building.
