BACKSTORY:

An ordinary man from an English town.

One day, while walking to work, he found an injured stray cat. However, as he was in a hurry (and not very fond of animals) he didn't stop to help her. Later, a strange woman appeared out of nowhere and asked him why. Vincent responded truthfully, which angered her. Determined to make him reconsider the way he treated others, she transformed him into a cat and then vanished.

After coming to terms with his transformation, Vincent had to learn how to survive in a world full of dangers he hadn't even considered before. With the help of the stray, Ally, and her kitten Jackdaw, he sought to understand the meaning of the witch's words and turn himself back to normal.

PERSONALITY:

Vincent is usually calm and mild-mannered, not the type get himself into trouble. Even as a child, he steered clear of rough or dangerous games and never disobeyed his parents without good reason. He tries his best to be a good husband and father. Before the events of his story, however, he could be inconsiderate and narrow-minded. He disliked animals and could even be mildly cruel to animals that annoyed him. He was similarly inconsiderate towards homeless people, believing their situation was their own fault.

After getting turned into a cat and forced to live on the streets for a month, he developed a new ability to empathise with the hardships of others. He showed himself to be selfless and protective, fully willing to risk his life to save a kitten. However, he still retains a few flaws - the main one being his tendency to make thoughtless decisions, which he often regrets later.

DESIGN:

Vincent is a somewhat tall man, with dark-brown hair that he keeps short and neat. He usually has a slight beard or stubble. His eyes are greyish-blue.

He usually dressed quite smartly, even when not at work. He is slightly overweight.

TRIVIA:

- Used to drink coffee excessively, but after becoming a cat and then changing back again, he mysteriously lost his caffeine addiction.

- His wife is a vegetarian, and Vincent does not eat meat at home out of respect to her. However, when at work or otherwise not in her presence, he eats meat products ravenously.
