Nurse (Isabella)

Isabella O'Brien is an unhinged nurse living in early 1900s America. While entering her adolescent years, she became severely depressed and started to deteriorate not only her own health but her patient's health as well. Due to her good reputation, she is never caught for her malicious actions.

Isabella O'Brien was born in Southern California to a struggling Mexican, Irish and Albanian immigrant family working at a factory. Her mother died to maternity morality after giving birth to her. Isabella's father made sure that his daughter would not work alongside him because he wanted her to have a better life. As Isabella got a little older, she would see how much injuries her father had after he came home from working. Being surrounded by medical emergencies and treating them at the same time became a talent for her at an young age, and Isabella thought about saving others like her father when she thought about her future. Yet she had dark and distorted imaginations she wanted to do onto others when she was only ten years old. Isabella was mostly home alone when she was growing and never had anyone to really talk to, which made her mute most of the time, but only spoke to her father when she needed to. Her main job was to make sure that the house she lived in was being protected and looked after carefully.

Isabella started reading the books that her father had gifted her when he had the money for it. These books described how lively the outside world was and made Isabella's hopes high. She lusted for the life of living normally and couldn’t wait any longer to live on her own. As a sort of desperation to “prepare herself for the real world”, Isabella started to mess around with the animals and gut them alive for “medical reasons”. She hid this from her father of course, however this would go on for years. At the age of twelve, Isabella’s father would be drafted into war and shortly die due to an infected gunshot wound. Once Isabella heard the news, she did not do anything about it. In fact she didn’t care about it and went on with her day like nothing happened.

Isabella was finally able to land a job as a nurse at the age of 19 and worked for her local hospital, specifically for children. She was able to grow her reputation and made sure that she would leave her name in a good state. By the time she turned 20, Isabella’s mental health started to deteriorate because the life she wanted wasn’t true at all. She tried everything she could to feel some sort of emotion, like harming herself and ruining her health, but nothing worked. She finally came up with an idea to try to murder one of her patients to see if that could fix her mentally, which she did and did not feel any type of remorse. Slowly, she kept on going and started to kill off patients that were not assigned to her. The other nurses and doctors were concerned of how many patients were dying, but no one suspected Isabella at all. At 21, Isabella would commit over 30+ murders in her life time and would have continued until she received a letter from an unknown manor. The letter read that someone knows that she was the one who committed those murders upon the poor children, and if she does not arrive to this manor at a certain date, she will be exposed for her crimes and get thrown into jail. Concerned and a little worried, Isabella would soon hide her face from the rest of the world and vanish into thin air. No one knows where she went, and has been missing since the early 1900’s.
