Isabella O'Brien is an unhinged nurse living in early 1900s America. While entering her adolescent years, she became severely depressed and started to deteriorate not only her own health but her patient's health as well. Due to her good reputation, she is never caught for her malicious actions.

Isabella O’Brien was born on May 3rd, 18xx to a dying mother and a struggling father. Her mother died due to maternal death shortly after giving birth to her. Isabella’s father struggled with money and joined the military to get some sort of income. At the age of six, he shortly died due to a severe gunshot wound.
With the result of ending up as an orphan, Isabella was forced to be sent to an orphanage to have a home to stay. Once she was able to move in, the children heard she was tri-racial which resulted in Isabella being shut out and ignored by the majority of kids.

Growing up, Isabella read books about fantasy, romance, and sometimes even murder. She lusted of being responsible on her own and have a romantic life like the ones she read in the books. Isabella soon started to study nursing and medicine because with this, she’ll be able to move town to town when she finally becomes a nurse.
At the age of 18, Isabella finally settled down as a nurse, without knowing how little free time she would have. Isabella would go on to be one of the greatest nurses to seek treatment from, but overtime, Isabella’s depression started to deteriorate her mental health because the life that she dreamed of was nothing like she thought. She then began to tamper with her patients health. Once she turned 21, she had murdered over 30+ patients in her career without anyone knowing.

Isabella received a letter from an unknown manor she’s never heard of before, with details saying that if she does not arrive, she’ll be called out for the murders. Scared that she might get caught, Isabella eventually vanished out of thin air from her home town and was never seen again.

Dating
They first met in the glacial forest where Isabella was on her way to an unknown manor. She found herself in the forest trying to find shelter and get some sort of rest since she hadn’t been able to sleep for a few nights in a row. While the Night Watch was creeping around, Ithaqua had spotted Isabella wondering around and started to chase after her. Before he could strike an attack, Isabella didn’t move and stood there to be killed (At this point of the story, she was not doing well mentally). Confused, Ithaqua was wondering why a woman would sacrifice herself when she isn’t a hunter. Afterwords, he made Isabella stay at his cabin for a few days before she had to leave. When she left, Ithaqua thought that he would never see her again and went on to seek through the forest as Night Watch. After a few days however, Isabella came back to say thank you to him for letting her stay and find a comfortable place. Due to this, Ithaqua’s heart was struck by love when she said that.
