A Sentret with a big heart and an even larger desire to expand the minds of younger Mons, Ruta is a teacher at the primary school in Havenner Town. Her specialty is helping younger Mons understand the world around them, such as the history of their area, including the Tides settlement, as well as the stories behind the gods of their world. While this is mainly what she teaches, she is also a teacher that allows her students to spend some time playing and socializing with each other. She knows the importance of strong bonds, and how they tend to start early. It's healthy for little ones to make friends, and she's happy with her job balance of teaching and forging bonds.
Ruta is a very loving teacher, and has more than once sat on the floor of her schoolroom with a young Mon under her care wrapped in her large arms. If they are sad, or scared, or simply just need a big ol' squeeze, they can count on Ruta to be ready with her arms open to wrap them in her big fluffy embrace. This also goes for anyone else in Havenner Town when she isn't working- if someone sees her out and about, either for leisure or to go shopping, they can come up to her for a hug if they need it.
