Leufer Steinitz

The first prince of Herfstelm, Leufer is known to be a very cunning and intelligent man with a thirst for knowledge. He seems to have been the only one to inherit the wit and ambition of his parents, in stark contrast to his sloth of a younger brother.

Though every individual in this world in recent times has access to their own innate magical powers, Leufer chooses to engross himself in the studies of the past when magic wasn't so widespread. He believes it's a great shame that the art of incanting spells has been totally abandoned due to its inconvenience, and he is working towards reviving the practice. Leufer himself has commited numerous incantations to memory and as a result he can wield a wide variety of elemental magicks instead of being solely restricted to the two he has a natural affinity for.

When the prince isn't occupied with his studies or chasing down some obscure ancient text, he is being a royal pain in the ass for the castle workers and his bodyguards. He dislikes being bored, and his idea of taking a break seems to be finding people to play with and tease. Whether this is sticking his nose into the gossip between the maids or dragging some poor stranger into a game of chess with him, he is often scolded for acting overly familiar with people beneath his standing.
