Characters owned by me:

━ You can draw me my characters! No NSFW art though. Blood is fine.
━ You can comment under my character and ask me things about them.
━ Do not offer unless they are up for sale/trade.
━ Do not steal my characters and their stories.
━ Do not trace over my characters and art.
━ My artwork is not authorized for use in blockchain-related technology including NFTs and cryptocurrency.
━ Do not alter or remove my signatures or watermarks.
━ Do not repost my art without my consent.

Rehomed characters that were created by me but are owned by somebody else:

━ I may use the characters artwork that was originally drawn by me as examples of work on websites and social media.
━ I keep the rights of being the original creator of the characters artwork that was drawn by me.
━ My artwork is not authorized for use in blockchain-related technology including NFTs and cryptocurrency.
━ Do not use my art for commercial use. The purchased character in  itself can be used if you paid for the additional commercial rights.
━ Do not trace over the characters and art.
━ The name and designed can be changed and modified, but the character will still be of my creation.
━ Do not alter or remove my signatures or watermarks.
━ You are not allowed  to sell the original characters artwork that was drawn by me as prints  or stickers. You profiting off of my artwork is strictly prohibited unless you received the rights from me specifically.
━ Do not draw NSFW artwork of the character if they're a minor, feral, or depicted as such.
━ Feel free to share the character you purchased/traded on your social media  profiles or personal websites, it's yours now after all. Just don't  claim you designed it when I am the creator of it.
━ You may use artwork of the character that was drawn by me as a reference for future purchases.
━ Do not resell for more than you paid for - only after having art or commissions drawn of the characters you can increase the price. If you got the character for free and have no new artworks made of them, you cannot trade them for other characters.

━ If you as the owner are transfering the character to a new owner, state in the Reason below Recipient's username the reason of the transaction (for example; if it was sold and for what price, or if it was traded for art, or a freebie).

━ Do not delete the character from Toyhouse unless you have a good reason and discuss it with me. If you don't want the character anymore, give it into another person's hands or transfer it back to me.

Note to potential future owners:

━ If you're a buyer or about to make an offer, check the character's ownership log beforehand to get an idea of their worth so that you can give an appropriate offer.
