Susan is Noah's assistant in his bookstore. She is also one of the few people who knows the darker side of Noah, and she actively attempts to avoid it at all costs. Quiet and kind, but not a push over. She only talks when the time calls for it, and it's usually valuable information. Noah trusts her with his life.
