Slightly stretchy. Due to their genes, if force is applied while the weather is warm, Kit can stretch a small amount.

A pair of scissors Kit designed. They look and can function like regular scissors, but by pressing the button where the screw would be they detach into 2 separate pieces ready to fight with. Additionally the blades can extend a bit for a long range weapon.

Easily injured. Despite this, they aren't very careful and often comes to work bandaged up.

Kit is a restless spirit, whom almost never seems to run out of energy. Around others of similar personality, they get more hyped and excited often matching and/or trying to beat them at it. They like to work (though they shirk it often for some reason) and while working they are super focused and constantly zipping about trying to get things done. Generally happy and a person fond of thinking outside the box, they try and get others to do it as well, finding thinking of new and somewhat unusual ways to solve problems a nice challenge that makes them feel more accomplished. They can get clingy real fast towards friends and tries not to be annoying. They love friends and often crave that type of relationship with others. They aren't very good at taking personal criticism (if it's about work or machines they're fine with it) and can be hotheaded at times. They tend to avoid talking about things such as their childhood and will usually avoid or change the subject if it comes up. They can often times act without thinking (only if it's just them if anyone else's safety is at stake they don't act recklessly) which is often the causes of their injuries, which they act as if it's nothing.

All of Kit's life they were told that they were weak and fragile and should just settle for a 'good life'. But Kit had wanted more than that.
Kit was born to Kathrine and Joshua Adler, Charleston Chew that loved a simple and safe life as the owners of s small flower shop. Their candy genes left them with a thin and weak skin, making them more prone to injury. So when they had a child, they loved them and wanted nothing more than to keep them safe. However, Kit proved right from the get-go to be a bit of a hassle and problem. Despite their parents teaching them from a young age about having to be careful, they were the exact opposite. Filled with adventure and curiosity they would do things that would often put themself in danger, this would be graying their poor parent's hair. They finally put their foot down, when in first grade Kit broke their leg trying to jump off the swing set and onto a moving merry-go-Round.

They took Kit out of public school and decided to have them homeschooled, hiring a tutor and everything. They limited their time outside and weren't allowed anywhere outside their front and backyard without at least one parents with them. It was safe to say Kit's childhood was filled with boredom and was very friendless. Kit parents wanted them to take over the flower shop when they got old enough, but that was the last thing Kit wanted to do. Kit honestly wanted at least some excitement in their life, while running the flower shop would be easy, they just didn't want it.
While being, essentially, under house arrest for all of their childhood, Kit had to do something to pass the time besides homework. So they read books they had lying around at the house. Soon all of they books they had, had been read cover to cover many times over. When Kit complained they were taken to a library. Kit would check out books and once they finished their parents would take them back, happy their child found a nice, safe interest. This was something that went on for years, just a part of their life. Kit had mostly read fiction fantasy books but did enjoy a bit of non-fiction occasionally. So years later, Kit was searching through the library for something interesting to read and she comes across a mechanics book. They take it because it was something they hadn't read before and thought it might be interesting. And what a surprise they were in for.

Kit became engrossed in mechanics, something about it was just so amazing to them. They loved the idea of being able to put together parts, that normally wouldn't do anything, and just create something people could use. So, unknown to their parents, they set off studying this more. Kit was rather overconfident, though, and this did not make for the safest of procedures, often forgoing reading and prefer the trial and error method. Figuring everything out on their own. One day while working on something, in the backyard, it had caught fire and exploded. Thankfully it was small and there were no fatal injuries, however, Kit had sustained third and second-degree burns on the upper left side of their body.
Katherine and Joshua were glad and thankful their child was safe, but absolutely horrified that their child was hurt and doing dangerous things behind their backs. They ended up in a fight with Kit and when they were realized from the hospital, they left their parents' home. At age 15 and homeless they weren't a lot of option for them. They somewhat made enough money for food by making small trinkets and selling them and sometimes had a place to sleep from generous people, but would always leave when they started talking about their parents. Eventually, they became a freelance mechanical engineer. They didn't get much work, but it was usually enough. When The Factory had a job opening Kit decided to take it. Having a stable job would change a lot for them and they needed a change of pace.
