this TOS stems off onto designs credited under this account, as well as those under constructivism and FSELD (offsite)

Value:

- please refrain from reselling or retrading my designs that were received as gifts or raffle prizes (unless there is art added on). Regifting is fine.

Splitting designs:

- You are not to split or combine my designs without my explicit permission, i allow this under particular circumstances (splitting the human design of a dog design), but you must speak to me first. 

- In the event of splitting a design that retains creationship to me, but is from another designer (ie. splitting the human design that i made, which was initially a human design of an animal character made by another designer), you must speak to us both beforehand.

Blocked and Blacklisted users: 

-  If i had you blocked prior and unblocked you, please ask me privately before obtaining my designs.

- please refrain from obtaining anything if i have you blacklisted or blocked (or vice versa) or if I have told you explicitly to stop obtaining my designs. i do not revoke designs, so if you obtained them prior, it's fine.

- If you are explicitly blacklisted, you are absolutely disallowed from using my designs or anything tied to my own namesake (in which a character is created and/or co-designed by everyman/constructivism/fseld) in monetized stories/work, commercial use and/or merchandising.

Exceptions may be discussed depending on the user, albeit a fee may be involved.
