The conceited and short-tempered captain of the First Rondo Pirates, and a rival of Ryuuda. They serve as the conductor of their own crew of musicians, strictly enforcing command over their performances and adventures. Though not especially strong physically, they are a cunning strategist, hindered only by their arrogance making their crew disobey their carefully thought-out plans.

They ate the Weigh-Weigh Fruit (Paramecia) and became a burdening human, allowing them to exert mental pressure on a living thing by pointing at it with their index finger. This pressure gradually increases the longer Guitar remains pointing at the target, eventually becoming overwhelming to the point of exerting physical pressure on the target's body as well as their mind.
