Queenie, as well as her ancestors, are a sign of one of the more unusual traits of the Cabrera "clan" - For centuries, the entire bloodline, sorcerer or not, have been able to attract and create deep bonds with unicorns like her. This became such a common occurrence within the family that their family crest now bears the image of a unicorn, rearing and ready to attack with its horn. Queenie came into the family when she was a year old and Uná was roughly 7, and the rest of her family considers the two of them to be "made for each other" (Despite the fact that they don't usually get along like a witch and her familiar should). When the Cabrera family had to flee Spain during a witch hunt, Queenie was brought along.

Queenie got passed down to Uná when she moved out, as it is believed the two had a fairly special bond early in life. It took some time for the two of them to become acclimated to each other alone, but somehow they made it work. As for work with WANDS, Queenie often helps Uná prepare spells for upcoming missions, although she is generally reluctant to do so when told.

Queenie is incredibly mischevious and stubborn, even for a unicorn, and has a bit of a knack for breaking things... valuable things... However, she cares deeply for Uná and her friends and will do anything to protect them. Her main ambition is to be a good help to her "person", whilst still proving she can be autonomous from her. 

Trivia

• Queenie is the successor to Inferno, a Grecian unicorn brought to Spain against his will and liberated by Uná's father, Diego Cabrera.
  • Sadly, Inferno was killed protecting the family in the early days of the witch hunt, signaling the rest of the Cabrera's had to leave before the situation got uglier.
• Queenie's favorite thing to break is vases, which means flowers are a rare sight to see in Una's apartment. 
  • She also likes to eat the flowers.
