lore :
The doctor lives in seclusion from zonai society. Living in a time where secret stones are more common, he received one from the gods for his ambitious research. Unfortunately this... took a turn for the worst. Now only those desperate for help can find the doctor at all, and if you have a secret stone you're better off keeping it hidden, as he loves to collect and experiment with them.
His mutated horns, injured third eye and issues with extremities are caused by injecting a splinter of power from a secret stone into himself. It appears he may be researching how to attain these powers permanently without triggering draconification...
