Phillip Frakus is in his mid to late 20s, and works at Starboard High School as a guidance counselor- fixing students' schedules, and guiding students through the troubles of high school.
He has a background in child psychology, and is a certified child therapist.
He had a second job at the H.O.F.A. (Halcyon Old Folk's Association) but dropped it to remain in Port Starboard full time. He always seems to have a lot on his plate- but he manages to keep everything together.
He seems to genuinely care about students' safety by leading them to the cafeteria which is reinforced in the event of storms.
-His office was broken into and a file stolen by Storm (Hailey) for some reason. Arabella was witness to this, but hasn't brought it up to the team.
-He prefers knocking on his door rather than busting in with no warning.
-He owns a motorcycle, but doesn't drive it to school often, usually driving a Ford Focus.
