Toorurii Global Rules
TOORURII'S ADOPTABLE TOS
- All works are forbidden from being used for NFT's (including any type of cryptocurrency exchanges) or AI images in any way shape or form. This is non-negotiable.
- Purchasing an adopt from the artist, Toorurii, does not grant commercial rights to the design. To discuss the possibility of using a design for commercial, and monetary purposes, please email the artist at [email protected].
- If the artist’s work is to be posted by a party other than the original artist, the artist MUST be credited in the first/original post. Watermarked images are preferred, but not required. Please do not take credit for the design, and credit the artist when applicable.
- Reselling a design made by Toorurii is permitted, however the price of reselling must be equal to or less than the original price. Raising the price in the event of extra art being made for the design post-purchase is prohibited.
- The owner of the design may alter it after purchase in aspects such as changing its outfit or minor bodily alterations. Erasing characteristics linked to the adoptables race, ethnic features and defining cultural traits is strictly prohibited however. Please do not edit the original artists piece to match your current vision of the design.
