Meta is a megalomaniac hellbent on taking over the world, by any means possible. By day she works as a behavioral scientist and social psychologist, studying human behavior... little do her coworkers know, studying how to manipulate it. She sees herself as the only person who can fix all the things wrong with society, by completely overwriting human society. She has a fascination with mental illnesses and disorders. Meta sees how broken the world is today, politically, socially, just in general, and seeks to "correct" it by taking over.

She has delusions of grandeur, obviously. Meta doesn't see anything wrong with what she's doing. Despite this and her attitude toward society, when you really get to know her she's a softie. She's fiercely overprotective of the people she actually cares about, and when she deems someone worthy of trust, she has no problem involving them in her schemes. She will progressively get more and more protective of Riley as the comic progresses.

Meta is homo-demisexual, and demi-romantic, and it takes a lot to get her trust enough for her to develop much beyond platonic feelings for you. She's generally cynical and abrasive, and doesn't care if she hurts your feelings with what she says. The only exceptions to this are in a work setting, where she adapts more of a poker face kind of attitude, and with those she really cares about. She's not good at apologizing and will likely be stubborn and not apologize, even when she knows she's done something wrong. Eventually if it's important enough she'll relent and figure out a way to apologize.
