Feathered Wyverns

Open species entry for feathered wyverns, aka wyverns who are based on bird species or mythical birds.  Make your own! just has to follow the general feathered wyvern body-plan and size requirements. 3 talons on feathered wings with long ears and a feathered crest running down the spine to a fluffy tail-tip. Its feet have 4 talons like an eagle or owl, depending on mimic species. Always have wicked claws. Can have beaks/horns like Updraft!

Generally have fire breath(35%) or venom fang abilities(20%), with a tiny minority of arctic bird-mimics having ice breath(<1%).

Generally live in mountainous regions but can migrate anywhere. It's theorized their breeding grounds are on the highest peaks, but no one has found evidence of this yet.

Symbols of freedom, rebellion, and unreachable heights or expectations. Can't tame what you can't catch, after all. It's said that the most unique-looking feathered wyverns are the mounts of the gods, and that rainbow-feathered wyverns carry dreams and messages.
