At first glance, Eclipsecrown gives the impression of being an apathetic molly as her usual expression is a neutral, bored look. It couldn't be more far from the truth since she's known for her benevolence and mild disposition. Eclipsecrown engages in conversation and her body language expresses genuine reaction and responses. Though she prefers to be alone in her company or with her best friends, Baleblossom and Blackbird. She loves the calm and the quiet, especially as all throughout her life her colonymates have been watching and waiting on her expectantly as she's believed to be the prophecized cat.

It isn't that far from the truth as she has only a mild interest in being social with others. She's the
Baleblossom, Blackbird, and Eclipsecrown found companionship and solace in each other as they were kits, then apprentices, then finally made warriors. Whereas Eclipsecrown had been in the foreground, she allowed herself to drift into the background as Baleblossom soaked up the attention instead with her daring feats. It's just as Eclipsecrown wanted.

She never wanted to be the brightest star in the night sky, all eyes adorning her with attention. All Eclipsecrown aims to do is please her colony through her own skills and abilities, particularly hunting as she's fond of the old traditional customs of hunting at night. She's a simple molly, putting on her best behavior with everyone and being mildly interested in their own activities and personal pursuits.
However as Baleblossom ambition continues to grow, Eclipsecrown becomes more moralistic, expressing her concerns to the extent of her best friend's aspirations.
