Hal

Pokemon fan character! Hal is a bioengineered half-glitchmon clone created by Team Rocket in a timeline where they took over the world. He was raised in seclusion by the same Rocket admin, Agent Nine, whose genes he was cloned from, being fed Rocket propaganda all the while. He did sense that Agent Nine was unhappy, and that combined with the suffering he saw the one time he got out (mostly by accident) made Hal realize that Team Rocket was evil. While Agent Nine was looking the other way, Hal snuck into the lab where he was created, trashed as many machines as possible, grabbed a glitch-made Celebi Egg, and used a different machine to hop timelines into canon Johto.

The Egg hatched almost as soon as Hal landed. He named the Celebi Onion. Hal is currently living with Professor Elm.
