Winona hatched and grew up in the beach town of West Enstar. As a young, she became enamored with the ocean and felt a close connection to it and wanted to learn everything about it - and later in life, would decide she wants to be a marine biologist, which is what she would come to study in mature training. She loves nature and being outdoors and natural sciences and learning about the planet, but especially the ocean!

She's engaged to Moore Ward, who she met in an aftertraining club that her parents signed her up for in adolescent training to make friends. The club was dedicated to sci-fi and geeky things, and Moore was also in it since he has similar interests. They immediately became friends and would fall in love. Moore proposed to her, so they're engaged, but they don't want to officially settle down until they finish mature training.
