TOS

In order to commission me you must fill out this google form. Please fill it out with the email attached to your PayPal so you can receive the invoice! If you do not receive or properly fill out the form or invoice you will not receive your commission.

(I apologize if this is messy or doesn't feel the most professional. I am new to this and still learning :) I am open to suggestions and critics within reason to help fix up my TOS if you have any!)

What to Offer!

I accept anything from:

• Cash
• Customs
• Premade designs
• Illustrations

Designs

Design Examples

ALL designs purchased from me come with the licensing rights. You are free to use them in merchandising, stories, advertising.

• This does NOT include NFTs or using to train AI art. You may not use ANY of my art for that.

Co-ownership of my designs is perfectly okay.

• I am not responsible if the co-ownership goes south and will not give any kind of refund or make up for lost of the design. Please Co-Own responsibly!

When reselling designs I only ask you do not buy and then instantly turn around and sell it for more than you bought. You can resell at any point but please do not raise the price unless you’ve had them for a while or they have added art.

Species designs

You do not need my permission to:

• de-species
• redesign

Illustrations 

Unlike designs you are not purchasing licensing rights with the illustration. Please let me know if you would like an illustration to use in printing, merchandising, or anything else.

• Illustrations may not be utilized for NFTs or AI training.

• refunds will depend on how much work is finished.

WIPS

You will receive WIPS at every Major milestone.

• Sketch
  • For adopts you will receive 2-3 Sketches
  • For illustrations you will receive 2 Thumbnails. (This may vary however 2 is guaranteed)
• Lineart
• Color

Refunds

I do not do refunds for pre-made adopts. I may be interested in buying a design back for the price sold (maybe more if there’s additional art). but I’m not guaranteeing anything.

For illustrations or customs my Refunds are based on how much work is completed! Even if I DO NOT complete the work you MUST pay me for the work that has already been completed.

(This is different if I cancel the commission. You will receive a full refund + what ever works is finished if there is.)

Refunds based on completion:

(This is only if YOU cancel + based on how detailed + finished each part is)

Sketch  = 90% - 95% refund.

Lineart = 50% - 75% refund

Flat Color = 15% - 25% Refund

Shading = 5% - 10% refund

This is entirely at MY discretion. You are free to suggest to me what you think is fair if you offer reasons for your reoffer but it is ultimately MY choice based on the work completed.

*If for any reason you do not like the finished design I have drawn up or would just like a refund. Full refunds for customs may be offered as long as you have not received the HQ unwatermarked version! However you will NOT receive the design. I will take the design and resell it and or keep it for myself.

(I will not be offering any changes or redesigns if the custom is FULLY completed. You have received WIPS and had chances to make changes, it is not my fault you stayed quiet.)

• This refund is fully not offered for mystery Adopts/Customs! As you have accepted and acknowledged you will not get WIPS or say in the design.

Other

I retain the rights to refuse sale to anyone for any reason and do not need to explain.

I do not have a public black list and do not plan on making one.
