Orion was raised in a loud but loving household with his parents and two older brothers, both several years older than him and loved to him in their own way. The eldest brother is a cheerful man who spoils and manhandles Rion often (which he enjoys.) His second brother was more of the serious and quiet type, but he liked to pamper him as well. As a result, Rion grew up optimistic about the nature of those around him since he has been showered in nothing but kindness and care his whole life.

Rion also grew up very carefree and acts without caring about how others would view him since he was mentally resilent from the love he received from his family. He takes after his eldest brother in the way that he has no filter and is incredibly straightforward with his words and actions. Rion is an incredibly imaginative boy who can spend hours daydreaming if allowed to. His family was never one to shy away from physical touches, so he's very physically affectionate. At times, he may come off as a person who lacks physical boundaries, but he tries his best if he's told off. He loves to go on adventures, though it usually ends with an injury or two. Or even five. Fortunately, as a unicorn, his body heals quicker than the average human, and he has the rest of his family to heal the rest, even if he does have to listen to his mother's nagging when she does.

Unicorns naturally have a stronger affinity for healing and detoxification spells as their horns are excellent conductors for their healing magic. However, since Rion is still young, he uses another conductor that is also more compatible with other types of magic as well. Rion has also learned to detoxify any ingredient he finds in the wild after multiple stomach aches from consuming poisonous berries or plants. Unicorns also shed their horns every year until they reach a certain age. Their shedded horns are precious materials for concocting healing potions or powder, so they are very valuable. Rion once got in trouble for leaving his shedded horn in the forrest instead of bring it back.

ACADEMY LIFE

Rion is the definiton of an academic slacker. He's failing and mooching off a classmate in math and literature. He's adding ingredients carefreely in potions classs without following the proper instructions and then is surprised when he causes an explosion or his potion doesn't turn out well. Myth and Legends is interesting when he's not falling asleep or daydreaming about the species he learns in his own head. However, he's doing really well in classes that are more hands-on! His favorite class would probably be Surviving and Camping (though he probably doesn't listen to the lectures... He just does whatever he wants in the forest portion of the class. He likes magic class too! 🪄 He loves casting spells, and he has a lot of fun thinking of what to cast next! He also enjoys Music class!!!️ 🎵 Singing is a lot of fun. 😄

He doesn't see the importance of some of the classes he has to take at the Academy, so he usually falls asleep or sleep during classes. He only approached Shiri for her work because his mother got angry at him after the first monthly evaluations for having the worst grades she has ever seen. When he's not in class, he's exploring the forest behind their school building, or going to the gift shops near the train stop. He also likes to visit his older brother in the high school divison, especially because his brother's classmates give him free snacks!

He's overall an extremely positive boy, but he's not immune to negative emotions. He doesn't feel it usually, but he can get really bad homesickness at times. It leaves him silent, mopey, and sullen until he can meet his brother or go on call with his family. Additionally, his lows are extremely low. His anger only starts to fade after a few days, and immense sadness will result in him bawling like a baby for a while.
