Refunds are only available if I am not able to complete your commission due to emergencies or things outside of my power.
Commission work is for personal/non-commercial use only.
Do not modify my artwork (such as drawing over or removing my signature), claim it is your own work or post without crediting me.
You also may not use any work I produce, including your own commission, in use of AI and/or training AI modules, NFTs, as well as any related use to either subject.
Any work may be posted as future commission refs or posted on social media, stating you are the commissioner unless requested otherwise---If you want to remain anonymous or do not wish for it to be posted there, please inform me ahead of time.
Multiple progress pieces after sketch will be sent as I work on your comm. I cannot guarantee quick turnaround periods.

I have the right to turn down any inquires at my discretion for any reason.
Do note that my T.O.S. may update without warning or notice as I see fit.

I don't have any hard and fast rules on this. This is mostly a suggestion/guideline but you could literally just send me to me via goku memes if you so choose, as long as I can understand what you want, my tiny little processor of a brain is content.
