an alien that is from a species currently dying, he escaped to earth to hide and landed in a small town named new zinnowitz.

he is extremely friendly and sociaable, almost fully incapable of anger, and finds great interest in human technology. he fixates every so often on something new, like pottery, weaving, etc. it keeps him busy, and he loves to make gifts for the community.

he started a diner within the town, called "The Neptune." here, he has all of the animatronics and robots he has collected over time he fixed, remade, and the like. here they live with him in his diner and entertain his guests. do to his propensity for technology and robotics, his most favorite, prized robots and animatronics are able to mysterious gain sentience.
