Clarice "tragedy" Aspenelm

Born to an elven father and tiefling mother, Clarice looks like an exact split of the two. Her parents were incredibly loving and doting growing up, but her mother had complications after her birth that lingered. Eventually, her mother passed around her fourth birthday, and from then on her father despised her, claiming Clarice was the reason his wife was dead. He stopped calling her by name, and instead called her Tragedy, a fitting name for a wretched child.

Clarice continued to live with her father for a few years, despite the horrible treatment because she hoped she could find a way to help heal his broken heart. He could hardly stand to even see her face though. She was put out about seven years after her mother's passing, and an uncle and aunt of hers took her in and raised her. She became partial to music and used her voice to express herself and remember her mother, who also loved to sing. While she was hurt by her father's actions, she isn't angry but rather pities him. She would love to have him in her life, but he wants nothing to do with her.
