A transplant from the fisherman’s town in the southern nation of Antepeti, Cillis is the third of the Bilas and was born with Marzia’s chosen gift of Defense. A field fighter in the war, his ranged attacks are aided by his ability to teleport long distances, the tunnels linked across Marzia’s shadowy realm.  Seamlessly good at warfare, his training with Tharkhim went flawlessly. His powers make him great for spy work and solo missions, but his care-free and independent nature made him a hassle to keep track of. Striking an early friendship with Toggy, the two trouble-making kids are childhood sweethearts and still holding that bond strong.
