Expunged [Golden Apple AU]

Expunged is viewed as the number one danger of the 3D world. Pretty much every 3D being knows about her and fears him.
His goal is to take total control of the 3D dimension and then move into the 2D one. He gains power via killing other 3D beings. Its unknown how they are able to do this.
Expunged attempted to quicken this process by making 3D beings of her own who assist him in gaining power. This resulted in varying success.
Expunged learned more and more through different methods of 3D being creation. He started out making things like Bambi minions, and eventually ended up at the Trix (Species).
Expunged used hunt for prey themselves but lost the need to as his vast army makes it almost obsolete.
He will still go out and about and scare people just for fun though, often not even killing them.
To protect one from expunged would require a 3D being with the same powers as him.
