Saul

He's lizardy and he's got flame powers.

Saul ran away from home (for some as-of-yet-undecided reason), but along the way he crossed paths with Chrys and now he can't seem to get rid of her. Worst of all, she wants him to help her get back to her OWN home, the only path to which happens to cross right past HIS home. Great.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

• Scaley rough skin
• Pointy ears and teeth
• Stocky sort of build, but not that short
• Brown skin, reddish hair
• Yellow eyes w/slit pupils. They glow a tiny bit in the dark.

PERSONALITY

• Anxiety-prone, probably has GAD
• Surly as a front, to prevent unnecessary interaction with others; has trouble expressing himself openly
• Softens if you manage to get close
• Good sense of humor (best way to get him to open up more)
• Enjoys learning things, especially kinesthetically
• Loves climbing trees and watching clouds
• Controlling nature; would rather do things himself
• Afraid of water, due to the hot springs incident

TRIVIA/DESIGN NOTES

• He used to look SO BORING!!! Like. Really lame. He just had fire coming out of his hands and that was it. His whole character was 'flame powers' haha. The only thing I didn't change from that first design was his generic-ass outfit, and only because I'm fond of the black shirt and jeans look. That might go too depending on how the worldbuilding goes, because I haven't spent that much time developing it yet, so the modern clothes might get tossed.
