General rules:

Will do: Human, Humanoid, Anthro, Feral (mainly ponies however I can draw other animals), ship art, light gore

Maybe: overly complicated/complex designs (lots of incredibly small details like mechs)

Won’t do: Heavy gore, Fetish art or Nsfw art (I am currently a MINOR)

Absolute no’s: Proshipping, Zoophilia, Pedophilia, or feral nsfw. 

Commissions:

• I have the right to deny a commission as I see fit. If the commission is denied I will give a reason as to why.

• When posting my art, give proper credit.

• Do not trace or edit my work in any way. I also won’t accept my art being run through an AI.

• I take payment either before or after the SKETCH is done, never after. If payment isn’t sent by after the sketch has been approved/ finalized I will not continue on the piece until payment is sent.

• You cannot get commissions on behalf of anyone on my blacklist whatsoever. You yourself will be blacklisted.

• Do not use my work for commercial use unless discussed with me first

• Please be specific! If you had a certain idea you have in mind for the commission please be as detailed as you can. This ensures I can execute the idea properly so the commission is to your liking. This also helps avoid added fees for multiple changes (I only add fees for changes IF the changes are implemented after sketch is approved and lineart is started)

Adopts & Customs:

• Do not redesign to the point of being unrecognizable 

• Please keep the character for at least 2-3 weeks before reselling.

• If you do resell the design, only sell them for the amount you’ve bought them for UNLESS you’ve added extra art.

• If the character is a POC (person of color) or POC coded (heavily implied the character isn’t white), this goes for pony and furry designs as well, do NOT whitewash them or redesign them to be white. An example of this would be if they have textured hair or locs and you’d change it to be straight.

• After you own the design I don’t mind what you do, but do not under any circumstances use them for the following: Proshipping, fetish art, zoophilia or pedophilia of any kind, or feral nsfw. If I found out that this is what you’ve used the character for I have the right to take back the adopt/custom and you will be blacklisted. 

• Do not resell the design to anyone listed on my blacklist. They aren’t aloud to own any of my designs.

In terms of Blacklist

• As stated above you will be blacklisted if you use my designs for any sort of Proshipping, fetish art, zoophilia or pedophilia of any kind, or feral nsfw. 
• This also goes for if you attempt to get a commission, adopt, or custom on behalf of someone blacklisted. They are blacklisted for a reason. If you sell any of my designs to anyone on my blacklist you will be blacklisted as well.
• NOTE: Some people on my blacklist are there for personal reasons and I will not disclose them as it is my own business.
