some design and art notes:

• transmasc (femme appearance is a gender unrelated fashion choice also he hasn't gotten any surgeries he's just naturally pretty flat lolol)
• the moon can be placed anywhere around the head but it must face the right way as shown on the ref (this is important due to the species!)
• the top, shorts and some accessories are meant to be holographic! you don't have to stick to how it's drawn in the ref, feel free to draw it however you would draw holo
• the coloured hair strands don't have to be drawn in the exact same locations
• inside the water-filled wings and legs is multi-coloured glitter (one leg has larger star-shaped glitter)
