rumors say that he and Lady Kibble once lived and created from Mega City (Mega Man franchise), as a Museum specialist in the medieval section.
he overheard about when their creator died, they will both be disassembled for money. (Which took place during Mega Man 9.)
once he found out and told his sister about this, they ran away from their home city.
eventually running away to Popstar City and found by the Waddle Bots and Dedede Man,
