Doting and sweet, very mild-mannered and polite. Essentially the ideal socialite. A little frivolous, loves to indulge in pretty things.
Patient and able to take things in stride. Despite her soft disposition, she's not easy to intimidate. She'll stand up for herself or others when being treated rudely.
Somewhat melancholy and prone to worrying. She is a little sickly and doesn't like to travel.

- A young socialite from Sapphire Port. She and a Slowking sailor named Finnigan fell in love at a community dance, later getting married and having one child- Finnigan Jr. She was a housewife while Finnigan Sr. was a fisherman at sea, making good money for their family. When the baby turned two, Annabelle's husband went missing at sea, leaving her heartbroken. She raised Finn Jr. as a single mother, eventually picking up a job in photography to make money. Still, Finn was her pride and joy, and she never failed to tell him so.
- When Finn was a teenager he gave up on school and left home to pursue a career as a magician, leaving her heartbroken and alone once again despite wanting to believe when he would be okay. This was made worse when he went missing and she couldn't communicate with him, sending letter after letter with no reply. She traveled around Sapphire trying to find him with no luck. Annabelle was devastated and fell into a deep depression, having lost the two most beloved people in her life.
- 3 years later, she was finally reunited with her son after the disaster. For a couple months she was overjoyed to have him home again, seemingly becoming a new person after grieving so long. It didn't last long as he became determined to join a guild, and with no way to stop the young adult, she was forced to let him go with worry in her heart again. Months later, she moved to Everstone herself.
