The entire AU centres around music btw.

Paradise: In this world, there is no such place called paradise, instead it goes around the mainland and the artificial island called “The Scholar's Paradise” filled with the most prestigious universities, hospitals, businesses, labs..all you can name.
-
The mainland is divided into 6 parts: The Highlands ( classical and jazz ), The Forests ( pop and hip ) , The Lagoons ( techno and disco ), The Plains ( folk and country ), The Ruins ( soundtrack and reggae ) and The Wastelands ( rock and experimental ).

Treeangle: There is no such thing as a Treeangle. The trees are “normal” but they emit a glow and a nice soothing hum. The object of all power is a trunk (or more like a log) of a once mighty tree. The log glows constantly a neon blue hue and like the other trees, emit a soft hum. But it is said to have magical powers and heals whoever listens its melody. The singing log is very powerful and can grant the worst singers an angelic voice. It powers the “Scholar's Paradise” and is the source of healing magic in Illumis Corp.

Corruption: Originally an experimental mistake, the R-3D byproduct became a dangerous hazard. It is found all around the wasteland. It can be either in the form of liquid or USB if solidified. If organics come in contact with the substance, they will get injured and with repetitive injuries, it can be fatal. If used on robots or cyborgs, they won’t be physically harmed but will experience mental turmoil. Robots are said to be violent, completely shift personalities, gain new destructive abilities and their musical healing with be harmful instead. Cyborgs aren’t as destructive as full robots, but may go insane if exposed to R-3D for too long.

Miscellaneous: To purify cyborgs, you’ll need a fraction of log's special wood and wear it. It will reduce the chances to regress back into a corrupt state. It is impossible to completely cure robots (especially sentient ones) because the corruption has ingrained in their programming. Only mastering their alter-ego is the solution.
