DESIGN TOS:

✧ If a design is originally paid for from me only with money, they may not be sold for more than the original sale value unless there is additional art added where value will increase appropriately. Unless a design is bought with currency from me they may NOT be resold under any circumstances

✧ If a design is traded for they may be traded again for characters, art, species currency/items etc.

✧ If you no longer would like a free design gained from me please either give it away for free again or return it to me.

✧ You may NOT use my designs for commercial purposes
✧ You may NOT draw NSFW of my designs (I'm a minor cmon-)
✧ You may NOT delete the design from Toyhouse without express permission. I would prefer it if you didn't privatise designs made by me. However, if you wish do make it private I would appreciate an auth key to access it.
✧ You may NOT trade my designs to anyone on my blacklist (I thankfully do not have one of these currently)

✧ You MAY redesign my designs as long as it still resembles the original design (I would appreciate being asked/shown yet this is not required
✧ Please ASK before you make a design of mine into a species (closed or open)

✧ You may NOT under any circumstances use my designs for AI purposes or NFTs, I do not support these and participating in them with my designs will result in an immediate blacklist.

✧ Failure to abide by the TOS especially after warning may result in blocks/blacklisting. Thank you! ✧
