BASIC TOS

By owning a designs made by me, you agree to the following terms.

Breaking any of my rules will be on my blacklist for 2 years I'm not joking.

You may redesign the character however you want, so long as some original features are kept intact. You got the character(s) do whatever you want.

Don't resell the design you got for more than you paid in the first place, you can sell it for more if it has extra art. If I mean extra arts I mean commissions work or personal art. (Do not add on the worth of free and gifted art)

If you got them in trade/gift please do NOT sell them if it was no extra art! (I am so sick of this! It's really unfair)

Don't hide my designs you want to keep it private, at least give me authorize or put me in list or I'll just recreate them.

If a blacklisted person was still owning my design, i have the full rights to take the design back. Maybe I'll just recreate/redesign them.

Don't trade my designs outside of Toyhouse.
