Design Terms of Use
Important:
☆ Please do not steal or heavily reference any of my designs. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ADOPTS. Do not take a character you have adopted from me, then create another version to resell.
☆ Prices are in USD and must be paid through PayPal only. All sales are final, so please be sure you want to purchase it before offering.
☆ Once you receive the design, credit me as the designer, and do not delete the page of the character. You may redesign the character as long as is recognizable and still has my credit as the original designer. Please do not delete or edit original images. (I do leave watermarks on all of my art. Do not remove them.)
☆ Do not delete the original profile or remove them from TH. Do not private them unless speaking with me beforehand.(If you have to authorize me, that is fine.) Do not resell or trade my designs to anyone outside of ToyHouse.
☆ If you wish to use this for commercial use, please speak to me before doing so. There will be an additional fee.
☆ The design may be resold at the same price purchased unless there is more art (commissioned) to go with it.
-- If you obtained the character through a raffle or a freebie, you may only trade them. Please specify in the ownership how much you resold them for, or if you traded them. DO NOT make a new profile to get around these rules to resell them.
☆ Do NOT use my art or designs for NFTS, AI, or anything related to hate speech of any kind. Do not use my art or designs for any problematic themes.
☆ Please do not offer on my characters if you plan to get rid of them immediately or put them into a ’sanctuary‘ for re-adoption. The thought of that makes me very uncomfortable.
☆ If you adopt a design from a closed species group, please be sure to abide by their rules.
I would appreciate it if you do not label my designs under any type of "quality".
☆ Blacklist:
