History
Chelsea arrived at camp aged eleven.  She was a summer only camper and died in her fourth summer.

With Respect to Canon...
She arrived at camp the same year as Percy, and was killed during the Battle of Manhattan.  She was around for all the summer events of the second and third books (having arrived after the conclusion of Percy's quest in The Lightning Thief.

Appearance
Chelsea is a lighter-skinned black kid with African American ancestry.  Her hair is brown and bushy, falling to mid-back and her eyes are amber.  She has a mole on her left hip and two scars on her right hip, as well as scars on the back of her left wrist, on her right arm, and on her right leg.  

Fashion Sense
Chelsea usually wears a long-sleeved top underneath her camp t-shirt, and trousers with calf-high boots.  Her right boot has an anklet looped around it.
