Elise is a complicated person, showing different sides the more you get to know her. At first she comes off as seeming to be completely on top of things, then off-putting and apathetic, then like she’s fighting for her life with everything around her. Ash has been Elise’s best friend since they were kids, and actually understands her and her sort of stray dog demeanor. Despite Ash often being the one trying to emotionally support Elise, and Elise’s erratic need to be self-reliant, Elise would do anything for Ash, and will completely focus on her whenever prompted. Elise often pushes the two of them into new situations (which Ash loves), sometimes dangerous, but also acts as hostile defense. Definitely gives Ash scary dog privileges.
