[] Characters are only worth the amount you got them for (without any creative works added, such as artworks, literature, ect).
- If the character is traded, then the character can be priced around the same as the traded design.
- Biographies under eighty (80) words do not count as creative artworks.
- Personal creative works, and commissions both count towards the worth of the character.
- Once creative works are added, you can price the character's worth however you want to.
- This rule applies to free designs.
[] If the character is used in a commercial way, all I ask is for credit.
- Credit must be visible somewhere, such as a link or text.
[] Do not delete the character's profile off Toyhouse.
- Making the character private, is fine.
[] By gaining ownership of a character design of mine (THYLADEER), you agree to my design TOS of the time of obtainment. These rules can change at any time, and it's up to you to either use the TOS when you first got the design, or the updated, current TOS.
These are currently my only rules, so go crazy. The character now belongs to you, so you are free to use them as you see fit. Feel free to redesign them as much you want!
