CommunicationMidwinter, despite her reclusiveness, is know for being fairly decent at writing, she keeps tabs on her remaining family. She often drafts up letters to them
They're never sent to them. Midwinter's strong attempts to keep everyone together is eventually withering, her pile of unspoken letters merely piling higher and higher.
AstronomyMidwinter was notorious for being inspired by the stars. She knows each contellation by name and dreams to fly to the moon, spending hours a day to try and get high enough to touch it as a kid.
Some nights she still watches the stars twinkle outside her window. Hoping for a comet

Midwinter is afraid of Ra. Terribly afraid. After the fight, she sticks with he purely to make sure that they could stay safe. Ra is the most they speak to for this reason.
