Stern. Cold. Calculating. Traits unexpected of a mayor but those are what Tatiana is known for if one speaks to the locals of the avian village. If they've ever seen her that is. Catching sight of the owl has almost become a challenge in and of itself.

Make no mistake however, Tatiana cares for her people deeply. She readily makes changes to policies in response to their woes, and will be the first to defend her town in times of trouble.
