Merlot is a tall, quiet, but somewhat intimidating Furfrou that works as a merchandise stocker at Enjolie's. She has social anxiety and gets shy and overwhelmed easily, often leading to a bad stutter when she talks, so she prefers not to! Her stoic appearance may keep others away, and she likes it that way.
