Long ago, back when Dr. Eggman would try to rule the world, a whole society of Mobians would migrate to Little Planet in order to avoid one of his deadliest attacks to date. Once the attack was over and the Doctor's plan was a faliure, the people on little planet remained there for the rest of the year, growing more adapted to it's ecosystem. Those people evolved to adapt to the planet and soon Little Planet became their perament home.

300 Years would pass since they migrated to Little Planet, the Little Planet civilization cultivated around protecting the Time Stones rather than using them for their power, nor could they find a way to do so. People began to adapt to the culture of the Planet, finding their Time Stones were bestowed to them by an Angel, and that Angel could tell the future. Some people, when presented to the Time Stones, could see an event in the future, but this event would happen out of mere chance and was not guaranteed for everyone. One Woman brought their child up to the Gems, wishing to know its Future, but all she saw was ticking clocks. . . The child presented was an Orange Porcupine. The Mother had no idea of what this meant for her child, but she put faith in him as he began to grow and learn about the planet he lived on.

As the Porcupine Grew, he became wonderous about the planet that shows up only once a month; the people called it Mobius, and he was fascinated by it. The Porcupine always wanted to visit Mobius but never found a way to get there until, with some help, The Porcupine found himself falling into Never Lake. Upon reaching Mobius, the wonders of the planet caught his eyes. He quickly forgot about his former home and it soon vanished, leaving the Porcupine on Mobius.

He found himself residing within a close city, it had a powerful shield that protected it from any that may wish to harm it. He became a full-time citizen as he stayed around the helped everyone he could. The People watched over the City, called the Concilium Chaos, and found a quick interest in the Porcupine. He exhibits traits unseen from anything they have seen in quite a while, he begins to rekindle memories of their past. With their interest peaked, they approached the Porcupine, offering him a position where he could "help everyone in the city, all the time." It was an offer that, at the moment, seemed too good to turn down. So, letting his naivety get the better of him, The Porcupine would accept their invitation, joining the Council as the first of their. . . " Chaos Class."

The Porcupine was the first of the Chaos Class and the Council promptly renamed him to 'Saisho'. The Concilium Chaos informed Saisho of the events of the world when they figured out he was born upon Little Planet. They spoke of Neo Metal, The Scourge of the Neo Eggman Empire. Even after 300 Years the Eggman Empire still pursues Planetary Conquest, and the City locally held the Chaos Emeralds just so Neo Metal wouldn't get his hands on them. They said Saisho was going to be the one to protect them and the city from Neo Metal. The Concilium Chaos bestowed Saisho a replica of one of the Seven Chaos Emeralds, its functions and Properties perfectly imitating the original, but different in a way to make it an eighth Chaos Emerald. They said he was to be the Peace Bringer that the planet deserved and he was going to be the one to put an end to Neo Metal and his tyrannical rule of the Neo Eggman Empire. Ultimately, Saisho was grateful for the role he was given, but he couldn't help but feel doubt. This was a great responsibility, but now, this is what he believed he trained his whole life for. He didn't want to fail the people he promised to protect, ever since he was created. He wasn't going to let them down.

Now, Saisho fights for the protection of his city and the people in it. With his body now fitted to become the city's protector, Saisho is seen as a symbol of peace as he risked life and limb for the people he promised to protect. Saisho uses the power of the Chaos Emerald he holds to hold back the forces of Neo Metal, and after each encounter, Saisho chooses to spare his life and to give him mercy, although he will not change, and Saisho knows that. He still offers Neo Metal redemption because Saisho believes it's never too late to change, and that goes for anyone he meets.

Saisho has grown to adopt the personalities that fit the Council's desires, the free will of Sonic, the heartfelt passion for protecting others from Amy, the determination to never give up from Shadow, and the ability to learn in battle and grow from each experience from Emerl. Saisho fights for everyone who cannot fight for themselves, he fights for their freedom, their lives, and their everlasting peace, no matter how long it takes.
