A character which is made in 2012 achrived from a small testpad. Now revamped.

Nexus was created from an old news broadcast & advertisment from childhood since the overall aesthetic was everywhere back then. He advertises businesses that is related to the IT [ICT/E-commerce/Entertainment] And is in charge of the IPC department.

His name is supposed to be '广播' which literally means broadcast. All Infos are also from the paper idk what to add,,, (_ _;)
