Appearance: Jett is the type of person who has great difficulty putting on weight and it shows, as he is a very angular in build. He has naturally fair complexion and often wears makeup to emphasize his eyes and also to try and mask just how tired he looks all the time. His hair is naturally pink, and he keeps it cut short and well styled. He’s a fashionable sort, but tries to shy away from being too gaudy... Not that attention is a bad thing...
Remarkable physical characteristics: While his general health and fitness is excellent, during his escape from the enemy's base Jett's right ankle was shattered in combat. Once having safely defected, his ankle was reconstructed, rods and screws having been put in place, and he has since regained full mobility. He tends to limp or employ a crutch when he’s exerted himself too much, though he tries to avoid doing so whenever possible. Additionally, he bears the same scar across his chest that most pilots do from the core placement operation.
Mech powers and abilities: A known massive inconvenience for enemy forces, this robust and resilient in design mech lives up to it’s “unbreakable” diamond theme. Jewel is able to generate a massive, powerful barrier called ‘the Jewel Satellite’, can easily lift things much heavier than it’s own weight, and also employs drill like protrusions in the fingertips for boring into opponents that dare draw close enough.
Personality: Jett can be summed up in one word – passionate – in life, in work, in love and all other aspects of himself. He’s something of an eccentric perfectionist and not pleased unless he’s pretty positive he has a good handle on all the details of what he’s doing. His optimism and work-ethic are something to be admired, and he is often praised for his tactical skills and undeniable innovation. He prefers to stay out of combat in favor of acting support, be it physical or moral.
Duties: As the head of defense for Light Industries, Jett doesn’t typically see as much combat as some of the other specialty pilots. He is responsible for fulfilling the essential duty of defending the base and offering support, information and assistance to the pilots via the communications system, but he is still expected to be ready at a moment’s notice to jump onto the field to help his fellow LAN pilots as needed. Jewel also excels in mechanics.
