A very sick and twisted guy in actuality, he's psychotic in the fact that he wants to bring someone else into his downfall.
He wants to be eaten alive but the catch is that he wants to other party to be in absolute despair when they do, basically their entire mental state broken and driving them insane.
He will use any means possible to reach his goal.

-White specs on his face is similar to freckles
A friendly aquatic plants shop owner. He always greets his customers with a kind smile that can brighten up anyones day.
A somewhat muscular and tall man. His body consists of translucent and transparent parts. He's usually seen with a gardener apron on and plain but somewhat refined clothing. He has shoulder length hair that's tied up in a loose bun.
He looks to be caring from an outsiders point of view. If asked, he'll help out anyway he can. He puts up this facade so he can make people feel at ease around him.
Hidden under that kindness is a very twisted and manipulative way of thinking. He sees people as nothing other than mere pawns for his own objectives, once they've been used he tosses them away without any notice. His twisted sense of affection is breaking down the people he's built a close relationship with, to the point where they wholly depend upon him. He wants them to take his word as gospel even if it's an unreasonable request.
He was born into a rich household. On the outside they looked like the perfect family, his parents would put on a show on how affectionate they were for each other and he would play along. For as long as he knew, this was how it was supposed to be. Once the doors were closed, they would go back to neglecting him. They each had their own lovers which they took better care of than him. He learned to keep his dissatifaction within, as if he ever showed it, he would be punished relentlessly. His emotions became stunted after some time, he was extremely good at keeping up his facade even when he didn't need to.
- His body is bioluminescent, it glows faintly at night.
- He takes good care of his plants even when he doesn't care too much about them.
- He's able to make his tail go away at will.
- He's unaware that he keeps his facade up even when no ones around
- He still attends events held by his parents to help them keep face but other than that he doesn't involve himself with them.
