Welcome
- Hello Wellcome to my T.O.S By buying something from me (i.e. sending me payment through Paypal in exchange for your Commission or Adopt)
- you are agreeing to the terms listed in this document. Please note that these terms of service are final.
- I hold all commissioners to the same standard so that both parties are treated fairly.
- If there is something in the terms listed that you would like to discuss, please message me!
- it is entirely up to the customer to make sure that they have read the TOS before commissioning and adopting.

Desgin terms of service

Adopts
- Please send the right amount of moeny for the adopt if it says "$20" then send "$20", if i says usd then send it with usd prices "$20 usd" ^^
- Sell them for what you got them for if you got paid art for them then you add up to the price. free stay free unless you got paid art for them.
Oc redesgin
- In terms of editting etiqutte, you are free to do whatever you please with the character, but no matter how far you stray from the original design, creditting me as the complete original designer is required. You may not claim the design as completely made by you, but you may credit yourself as a redesigner/designer.
payment
- Paypal only
- I use USD (United States dollars)

Refunds/Revoking (IMPORTANT!!)
- !!!!OOO main thing to know !! if you have traded my oc and YOU are somone the Revokes Oc's you are not allowed to do that with my oc's THAT I have made even if you have redesgin them!!!!
- I will never revoke your rights to a design I made and sold to you that you fully paid for/finished the agreed upon payment for. Payment in this case means any monetary/art value that will not be refunded under any circumstances and the buyer does not intend to issue a dispute to get this money back.
- I will never revoke your rights to a design/refuse service due to your religion/sexuality/identity/political ideation and any sort of personal or public conflict or any reason other than you trying to scam me basically.
- I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE A DESIGN MADE AND SOLD TO YOU BY ME THAT IS CURRENTLY IN YOUR POSSESION IF YOU HAVE ISSUED A FALSE CHARGEBACK AND REFUSE TO DROP IT. This is because that would effectively be theft on YOUR part and I refuse to entertain thieves.Even if Paypal then decides in my favour, you will not have anymore rights to said design (and I will be reselling it to someone else( yes you will get cash back)) due to you breaking the rules. This may cause me alot of stress in dealing with a Paypal dispute. AND IF YOU EVER TRY TO DO THIS I WILL BE BLOCKING AND MAYBE BLACKLISTING YOU.
- Refund may only be inquired about if the design hasn't been received within 48 hours of payment and the seller (me) hasn't communicated a reason prior to the delay. In any case however, they buyer agrees to first inquire about a refund with ME(the seller) and NOT the payment service provider (Paypal).

Art
- Will draw: Humans, Furrys, Animals, Blood/Gore, (more to be named)
- Wont draw: Nsfw, Copyright "oc's", Other artist styles, Animation/Gif, (more to be named)
- You may upload the image to any Art places you want. I kindly ask that if you do, please credit me. Just mention my name in the caption!
- You are NOT ALLOWED to use my artwork to gain a profit! You are NOT ALLOWED to sell copies of your commission, Your commission is STRICTLY and ONLY for PERSONAL USE. You are NOT ALLOWED to claim the work as your own, You are NOT ALLOWED to trace the commission. A commission is meant to be an original work by an artist SPECIFICALLY created for you.
payment
- Please send the right amount of moeny for the Art if it cost ^^
- When receiving your commission, YOU ARE ALLOWED TO: You may upload the image to any Art places you want. I kindly ask that if you do, please credit me. Just mention my name in the caption! you can print out whatever work I do for you, show it off to friends, etc.
- When receiving your commission YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO: You are NOT ALLOWED to use my artwork to gain a profit! You are NOT ALLOWED to sell copies of your commission, Your commission is STRICTLY and ONLY for PERSONAL USE. You are NOT ALLOWED to claim the work as your own, You are NOT ALLOWED to trace the commission. A commission is meant to be an original work by an artist SPECIFICALLY created for you.
- (art may take up to 2days-1week) Due to "school, house work, home work ,etc." , some art orders may take longer to complete. I agree to message you any/all updates regarding timeline changes or art progress updates so you can be sure you are happy with the outcome of the purchase.
- I OWN the rights to MY artwork. You may not use the artwork for repeated money-gaining purposes or vast redistribution (selling my art on shirts, tracing the art to sell, etc.! Even if you bought the art as a commission), This ALSO includes any characters designed SPECIFICALLY by me.
- I have the right to refuse any commission. This however will rarely happen.
- When and if you decide to commission me, I ask you to contact me and provide me a detailed reference of your character. If there is a specific pose or facial expression let me know that as well.
- Don't rush me, I try to work in the order that I receive payment for commissions and this will vary depending on what I feel like working on THAT DAY.
- If you are commissioning me, please check my Twitter "account's" current work to make sure you like my style. I allow changes and adjustments to the pieces as I work on them. I will not do DRASTIC changes past the lineart stage!
- I send plenty of progress shots so you can approve it! I will NOT fix art that you come back weeks later and would like changed.
- If you are commissioning me, At the moment I accept PAYPAL only in USD.
- When commissions are completed, I contact you to let you know. All digital pieces will be sent to you!
Blacklist
