Using the design:

-Purchasing will always include full commercial rights of both the design and the art

-You may edit the design however you like

-You may edit/use the artwork however you like with credit

-You may regift/resell/ trade the design

-The only thing we don't want done with our adopts is have them made into a closed species, existing or otherwise. We cannot enforce this, as it is legally your property once you purchase it, but we will likely not do business again with anyone who does. We have a deep discomfort of how design crediting/copyright works with closed species, and we don't want our designs being credited to/dictated by someone who had no physical hand in designing it
