Design Terms of Use
Allowed:
- Redesigns are totally welcome!! You're free to do what you'd like with the design aspect of an OC when you obtain them, so long as they don't turn into an entirely different OC! Keep the original on the profile (even if it's privated!)
- You may resell, or re-trade a design for whatever you'd like so long as you don't resell them for WAY more than you paid (ex: you paid $10 and receive $100 for resale.) This does not apply if you've gotten the design extra art!
- Personal merch (ex: a T-shirt or mug for personal use) is welcome, however commerical use and merch for profit is NOT. (See below in my "not allowed" for more details!)
Not allowed:
- Commercial use of my designs is not allowed unless we've discussed it!
- Do not in any way give my designs to someone on my blacklist!
- Do not get rid of the design off toyhouse! It's okay to keep it privated on your TH, but do not delete it.
