A kind of god, the cape were supposed to be mildly anti-gravity and the 'orb' has it's own (gentle) gravitational pull.
Doesn't actually have any nipples, I might have drawn this a year ago but I didn't misplace them that bad in such case. That's just a pattern. (Come on.. nips aren't a bad word, we all have them.)
